Every available NextlerAI plan includes the complete selected product for the purchased website capacity. Plans differ in the right-to-use term and the included update/support period—not by hiding product features behind tiers.

The product page and checkout are authoritative when a promotion, tax rule or product-specific term changes.
Website capacity
Choose 1, 5 or 25 websites on the product page. For 26 or more sites, request a custom agency plan with tailored activation limits, billing, onboarding and support.
Count real production sites. Staging/development environments are identified during licence activation and follow the entitlement shown by the licence service. Do not mislabel production sites.
What appears after payment
After a successful direct purchase, the customer should receive:
- an order confirmation tied to the checkout email;
- an order record in My Account → Orders;
- a product entitlement in My Account → My Products;
- the current eligible WordPress ZIP download;
- a product-specific licence key;
- billing/invoice information attached to the order;
- access to updates and support for the included period.
The product card, download filename and licence key must all identify the same product.
What is not included
AI-provider usage is not included in the plugin price. The customer connects supported provider accounts and pays any provider usage directly. Hosting, WordPress maintenance, WooCommerce/payment-gateway fees, email delivery and custom implementation are also separate unless a written custom plan says otherwise.
Taxes are calculated from checkout details. Never use a guide’s example price as the final charge; review the live cart/checkout total.
Annual versus Lifetime decision
Choose Annual when the lowest entry cost and a one-year active term fit the project. Choose Lifetime when the purchased version must remain usable indefinitely and one year of updates/support is sufficient. Choose Lifetime + 3 Years Care when longer update/support coverage is important.
“Lifetime” does not mean every future service, custom work or provider usage is free. It means the purchased version can be used indefinitely under the licence terms; update/support access lasts for the period shown by the selected plan.
After-purchase checklist
- Sign in with the checkout email.
- Confirm order status and billing details.
- Open My Products and verify the product/plan/capacity.
- Download and securely store the original ZIP and invoice.
- Copy the licence key only to the intended product’s License screen.
- Activate the real environment.
- Connect customer-owned AI providers.
- Complete a safe first-run test before public automation or chat.
Common misunderstandings
- One purchase does not activate a different NextlerAI product.
- The licence key is not an AI-provider API key.
- Website capacity applies to the selected plan/product.
- A Lifetime plan has a finite included update/support period unless the checkout states otherwise.
- Download access and runtime licence state can be related but are not the same screen/status.
