Who is responsible
NextlerAI is operated by YKS Grupp OÜ, Estonia. Privacy and data-subject requests can be submitted through the controlled Contact form.
Information we process
We may process account details, billing country, orders, invoices, purchased products, product-specific licence keys, download and activation records, support messages, security events and technical logs needed to operate the service. Payment card data is processed by the selected payment provider and is not stored by NextlerAI.
Why we process it
Processing supports contract performance, order fulfilment, account and licence administration, product delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, service security, legal obligations and service improvement. Consent is used where required for optional analytics or marketing technology.
Providers and transfers
Hosting, payment, transactional email, security and analytics providers receive only the information needed for their role. Where a provider processes information outside the EEA, NextlerAI uses the safeguards made available under applicable data-protection law.
Retention and control
Order, accounting and licence records are retained as required for the contract and legal obligations. Support and technical information is retained only for a defined operational period. Applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection requests can be submitted through Contact.
