This guide applies to NextlerAI products sold directly on nextlerai.com. The product page and checkout are the authoritative sources for the current price, tax, website capacity, update period and support entitlement.
1. Choose the product
Start at NextlerAI Products or Pricing.
- Choose NextlerAI Assistant for customer-facing sales, support, product discovery, cart and knowledge conversations.
- Choose NextlerAI Publisher for research-led WordPress article planning, generation, quality control and scheduling.
Each product has its own ZIP and licence key. Assistant and Publisher packages and keys are not interchangeable.
2. Choose the licence term and website capacity
On the product page, compare:
- Annual: use during the active annual term, with 12 months of updates and support.
- Lifetime: use the purchased version indefinitely, with 12 months of updates and support.
- Lifetime + 3 Years Care: use it indefinitely, with 36 months of updates and support.
Choose 1, 5 or 25 production websites. For 26 or more sites, use the agency/custom-plan contact option. Staging and development environments are selected separately during activation and are subject to the entitlement shown by the licence service.
AI-provider usage is not included in the plugin price. Assistant and Publisher use customer-owned provider accounts/keys for enabled AI services.
3. Complete checkout
- Select the plan and website count.
- Choose Add to cart or Buy now.
- Review the exact product, term, capacity and price.
- Enter the billing details used for the customer account and invoice.
- Review tax, digital-product acknowledgement, terms and refund information.
- Complete payment.
Use an email address the customer controls long-term. The order, account, downloads and licence access are associated with it.
4. Find the order, download and key
After successful payment:
- Open My Account and sign in with the order email.
- Open Orders to confirm the paid/completed order and billing record.
- Open My Products for the product card, current eligible download and product-specific licence key.
- Use Downloads when you need the package list.
- Download the ZIP without extracting it.
Match the product name on the account card, ZIP filename and licence key before installing. Keep the order email and order number as recovery references, but do not send the complete key in ordinary support messages.
5. Back up and install
- Back up the WordPress database and
wp-content. - Open Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
- Select the downloaded ZIP.
- Choose Install Now, then Activate Plugin.
- Confirm the expected product name and version on the Plugins screen.
When replacing an older version, use WordPress’s replace-current upload flow when available. Do not delete plugin data or custom tables unless the release note explicitly requires it.
6. Activate the correct licence
Open the product’s License screen:
- NAI Assistant → License, or
- NextlerAI Publisher → License.
Paste the matching key, select Production, Staging or Development accurately, then activate and refresh the status.
Expected result:
- status is Active;
- Runtime access is Enabled;
- activated domain matches the site;
- environment is correct;
- update access reflects the purchased entitlement.
Activation binds the key to this installation/domain/environment. If the production capacity is already full, deactivate an old site in My Account or on the old site’s License screen before trying again.
7. Complete product setup
Licence activation does not configure AI providers or content rules.
- For Assistant, connect separate chat/embedding providers as needed, build the product and Knowledge Base indexes and complete a private-session launch test.
- For Publisher, connect a text provider, keep the first output as Draft, build inventory, approve one topic and generate one controlled article before enabling images or scheduling.
If the key is not in My Products
Confirm the order is paid, the signed-in email matches checkout and the product card is the correct product. Avoid creating a second account with another email.
Legacy Codester or Veebilehed24 buyers can open the plugin’s License screen and use Don’t have a license key? Request one. Provide the marketplace/order reference, name, email and website. The request is manually verified; do not submit payment-card data.
Verification checklist
- Product, plan and website capacity are correct.
- Order appears under the intended account email.
- ZIP and key belong to the same product.
- Backup is current.
- Installed version matches the downloaded package.
- Licence is active for the exact domain and environment.
- Provider/API setup and safe first-run testing are complete.
