Open nextlerai.com/my-account/. The account page is the central location for purchased products, downloads, licence keys, orders, invoice-ready billing information and support references.
Sign in with the purchase email
Use the email entered at checkout. If the password is unknown, choose Lost password on the sign-in page and check spam/junk folders.
Do not create a second account simply because an order is missing. First confirm the checkout email and try password recovery for that address. Orders do not automatically move between unrelated accounts.
My Products
Use My Products as the main product-entitlement view. Each product card should identify:
- product name;
- current eligible version/package;
- download action;
- product-specific licence key;
- licence/update/support period where shown;
- activated sites/environments or usage information where available.
Copy the key only when the target WordPress site’s License screen is ready. An Assistant key activates Assistant only; a Publisher key activates Publisher only.
Orders
Use Orders to confirm:
- order number and date;
- payment/order status;
- purchased product, plan and website capacity;
- billing details and totals;
- order details needed for account support.
An unpaid, failed, cancelled or refunded order may not provide the same product entitlement as a completed paid order. Use the exact status shown in the account rather than assuming the download is delayed.
Downloads
Use Downloads or the download action in My Products to obtain the current package allowed by the entitlement. Keep the ZIP intact for WordPress upload.
Before installing, match:
- product name;
- filename;
- version;
- release note;
- destination plugin.
Do not rename one product as another or activate it with another product’s key.
Invoice and billing information
Open the order details to view invoice-ready billing information and any available invoice/download action. If legal entity, tax or address information is wrong, record the order number and contact support without sending card details.
Billing records and licence activation are related to the purchase but solve different problems: changing a site activation does not rewrite an invoice, and editing billing details does not automatically free a domain activation.
Licence usage and sites
Use the My Products/licence view to confirm which production sites consume the selected website capacity. Development and staging must be identified accurately when activating a plugin.
Before moving a live site:
- deactivate the licence on the old WordPress installation when accessible;
- verify the old domain is removed from account usage;
- install/activate on the new site with the correct environment;
- refresh status and complete a product test.
Never solve an activation-limit error by sharing a single key outside the purchased capacity.
Prepare a safe support reference
Include:
- order number;
- account email only through the official support channel;
- product and installed version;
- plan/website capacity;
- domain and environment;
- licence status/error;
- only the last four characters of the key.
Never send full licence/API keys, passwords, payment-card details or unrelated customer data.
Troubleshooting
- Order missing: verify the purchase email and order status; do not create a duplicate account.
- Download missing: confirm payment completion and the product entitlement period.
- Wrong key used: return to My Products and copy from the exact product card.
- Invoice details wrong: use the order number and official support route.
- Activation capacity full: deactivate the retired production site or review the purchased website count.
- Password reset email missing: check spam, mail delay and the exact checkout email.
Account checkup
After every purchase, confirm that the order, product card, download, licence key and billing record all refer to the same product and account email.
