Licence grant
After payment, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use the selected product on the number of production websites included in the plan.
Licence keys
Assistant and Publisher use product-specific keys. Keys may not be shared, resold, rented, sublicensed or used beyond the purchased activation capacity.
Updates, support and expiry
Entitlement periods are displayed at purchase. An expired annual entitlement ends access to new versions, support and new production activations; an already installed version may continue to operate subject to compatibility and these terms. A Lifetime licence permits continued use of the purchased version, while updates and support last only for the period expressly included in the selected plan.
Activations and transfers
Production activation capacity is determined by the selected plan. Customers may deactivate an old production domain and activate a replacement through the available self-service licence controls. Local, development and staging use is subject to the technical activation rules shown in the product and account documentation.
Agency use and redistribution
A licence may be used for client websites only when the selected plan permits that capacity. The software, licence key or access rights may not be resold, sublicensed, distributed as a standalone product, shared between unrelated customers or presented as the customer’s own licensable software.
Open-source components
Where a distributed component is governed by an open-source licence, that component remains subject to its applicable licence. The commercial entitlement governs NextlerAI updates, support, hosted services, licence capacity and proprietary materials to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party services
Some capabilities require customer-owned hosting, AI-provider, search or analytics accounts. The customer is responsible for those terms, permissions and charges.
Safe and lawful use
The customer remains responsible for configuration, access control, output review, published content and compliance with laws applicable to their website and customers.
