Seller and scope
These terms govern purchases of NextlerAI digital software licences from YKS Grupp OÜ. Product-specific functionality, website capacity, entitlement period and price are shown before checkout.
Order and payment
An order is accepted after payment confirmation. Taxes are calculated from the checkout information. Payment processing is governed by the selected payment provider in addition to these terms.
Digital delivery
The download and product-specific licence key are delivered through the order confirmation and NextlerAI account. Customers are responsible for keeping account and licence credentials confidential.
Updates and support
Update and support entitlement is determined by the selected plan. A perpetual right to use a purchased version does not imply perpetual updates or support unless the plan explicitly states it.
Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where permitted, immediate supply of digital content may require acknowledgement that a statutory withdrawal right can be lost after supply begins.
